各位大大,小弟最近出了一個問題,
拿啞鈴練上胸或者三角的時候,在有人幫忙捕第一下的時候,可以拿50磅,
但是沒有人幫忙捕第一下的時候,只可以拿40磅,
請問大家,我應該加強哪個部位的訓練?
