就...想問一下,開腿機練髖外展肌群跟用mini band練髖外展有何不同?
之前有看到國外的文章說開腿肌容易讓髂脛束變更緊,那mini band的外展是不是也會?
那為什麼很多外國教練還是會把彈力帶外展放在菜單裡呢?
順便問一下,各位同意長期跑步跟騎單車的人(為了減肥)做髖外展訓練來預防髂脛束綜合
症嗎?
