他在講他認為的健身飲食四大迷思
我大略翻譯一下~
迷思1: 吃脂肪會長脂肪
吃脂肪本身並不會造成你長脂肪,吃過多的熱量才是長脂肪的原因
我們身體的許多機能是需要脂肪的,肌肉成長也是需要攝取脂肪
所以攝取脂肪是必要的
迷思2: 晚上六點之後吃東西容易變胖
同樣的飲食內容下,吃東西的時間並不重要
吃東西的頻率遠比吃東西的時間重要
迷思3: 吃素不能長肌肉
只要訓練方法正確,強度足夠,飲食當中有足夠的蛋白質
吃素也可以成長肌肉
迷思4: 補品可以讓你減脂
如果吃了補品卻沒有運動,那補品幾乎沒有效果
有充分訓練以及正確飲食的情況下攝取補品才能達到補品的最大效果

我自己之前曾經吃了一陣子的水煮餐,當時我覺得效果還不錯
如果多餘的熱量才是會造成增加體脂肪的原因,與熱量的組成無關
那麼是不是總熱量相同的情況下,吃麥當勞還有吃水煮餐的減脂效果是一樣呢?
各位巨巨怎麼看?
