關於體脂肪疑問 - 健身

小弟接觸健身大約10年
身高185cm,體重約78-80kg
以前最佳狀態時,曾經體脂肪測量只有9%
最近一年因為工作關係,訓練量有退步一些
上個禮拜因為想找個健身房重新衝刺
就去World GYM參觀
順便用他們的機器測一下現在的各項指數
然後聽他們的體適能教練分析一下報告 (教練看起來就像個工讀生)
結果測出來體脂肪.............17%
還說需要增加軸心肌群肌肉量等等等...反正就是很廢的感覺
我心想靠邀阿"囧",自己真的有退步到這麼慘嗎
想請版友們鑑定一下,虛心受教
