是這樣的,小弟我今天想去搞懂阿諾肩推對肩膀為什麼比較安全
我過去的理解是,因為阿諾肩推一開始是處於內旋姿勢,容許肩關節有更大的活動空間
不會把外旋活動度壓榨的極限然後容易爆掉
我記得Mike Boyle也有一部影片提到他喜歡讓運動員做肩推的時候處於內旋姿勢
但是今天看了一些國外的資料,沒有找到解釋,反而看到一些論壇上認為阿諾肩推對旋轉
肌群很傷
想請問各位大大的看法如何呢?
附帶一提,我做肩推的時候都會做得很像壺鈴軍式舉,手肘不太會向外打開,而是直直的
往上推,我看過的影片裡面只有少數幾部有類似的動作,有人也是這樣做的嗎?
