降體脂好難阿..> < 重訓拉半天還是降不到30以下 去動手術?? - 健身

最近練重訓練的有點灰心
降體脂真的需要很大耐心長期抗戰
我飲食控制,有氧都有達到心率130以上, 也做重訓器材
可能我天生就不容易瘦下來吧..> <
我吃得也不會太少
但體脂每天早上量都沒有降的跡象..> <
考慮寒假去抽脂,如能抽出5000純脂 體脂應能下降不少,,,唉
