有爬過文了,也常常逛鐵克
可是奇怪 所有文章都說要長肌肉了話
竭力做八到十二下
要做五組以上 中間休息又不能超過一分鐘
這樣超級累耶!!!!!
以我來說
我作槓鈴彎舉40公斤
每組做八下 第八下真的都是"竭能"耶
結果到第四組的第五下左右就完全沒力了耶........
就是連多一下都無法
想多休息一下又怕這樣效果不好
所以我該怎麼辦??????
應該要減輕一點點重量嗎??
