除了臥推,還有哪個姿勢能有效訓練胸肌 - 健身

版上不只一個人說臥推是「肩膀毀滅者」,
我印象中還有水肥哥也這麼說。
加上我自己也是在臥推的時候肩膀受傷
現在大於50P的時候肩膀就會不舒服
極限只能兩手各推70P啞鈴
不知道是否有其他有效率的方式可以取代臥推
又「比較」不會傷害肩膀的呢?
