陳幼英╱台北報導】陳奕在偶像劇《七個朋友》有裸露上半身的養眼鏡頭,不過他並不擔
心,因為去年底他進行1個月「猛男訓練」,178公分的他從55公斤增壯到66公斤,經紀公
司為他添購10多萬元的新衣,全部穿不下,只能重買。
陳奕日前被謝和弦嗆「老二超小」,搞得他上健身房不敢去洗澡,在外面也不敢游泳,他
笑說:「我現在只敢在社區游泳池游泳,在外面會很不自在,覺得全世界的人都盯著某部
分看。」
不過他對自己的身材很有信心,去年底他加入「猛男訓練營」,天天伏地挺身6、700下,
瘋狂做滾輪,連操4小時才休息:「其實很痛苦,練完手根本舉不起來,腰也挺不起來,
根本無法洗操。」
經過1個月魔鬼訓練,由教練搭配飲食,陳奕長肉11公斤,胸圍從94公分增為110公分,讓
他很有成就感,他說:「師兄何潤東跟我說不要再練了,因為再練下去,要花很多錢買新
衣服。」陳奕現在每周上健身房3天,每次2小時,只為維持身體線條。AK另名團員沈建宏
也健身有成,兩人的衣服不是重買,就是把袖子剪掉,以免套不進去。
