在完成上面三篇的五個月訓練後,
你有兩個選項:
(1) 繼續增加肌肉量並鍛鍊曲線。
你可以重複交替 Phase 2(增肌期) 跟 Phase 3(減脂期)
每期為時兩個月,飲食就完全照前面說的
(2) 如果你對這時候的身材已經很滿意了
只想要維持現在的肌肉量和體型
那你可以進行以下的重訓+心肺
