三餐內容
早餐:大多以漢堡 豆漿為主
午餐:飯半碗 蔬菜居多 肉類少許
晚餐:有時會吃水果 有時跟中午差不多 量部分比中午少
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:
白天7點到下午4點 上班
下午5點至6點慢跑
每周一 三下午會打球
每天約 12點就寢
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
每天都有慢跑50分鐘的習慣
不定時會重量訓練
我的問題:
吃的方面我想我已經很克制,也天天都在運動
可是感覺體重沒有減少!!
尤其是腰側的肉一直無法解決,肚子也從六塊變成四塊
不知道是我飲食分配有問題!還是其他問題!!
