難道就不能給我一點feedback嗎?快放棄了 - 減肥

哎 已經洩氣到瀕臨放棄的狀態了。
先前有在板上發過文
七月初時本來以為減肥成功了 回家後多吃了一些又胖回來
一直到現在...體重不斷攀升(51→54) 實在不知道該怎麼辦了 超級沮喪
從國中以來,我就沒看到54這個數字了 快崩潰了....
依然維持一周慢跑至少3天 每次40分鐘以上
沒跑步那幾天就在家做簡單重訓 鄭多燕第一片 睡前拉筋20分鐘 抬腿
每天記錄飲食 基代1200卡 至少吃到1500卡 偶爾爆走大概1800卡 均衡飲食
我承認唯一的死穴就是作息 研究生都很晚睡 睡起來直接吃午餐
還有最近壓力真的大大大大........
但我真的不懂 如果照生理的角度來看 有在運動 吃超過基代 消耗絕對大於每日所需
為什麼體重上完完全全不能看到一點feedback?而且還持續變胖?
越減越肥的挫敗感實在讓我很想放棄
看著版上許多人一個月成功就減一兩公斤 真的很羨慕
努力看不到回報 就覺得到底浪費這些時間是為了什麼?
難道我註定就是要成為胖子的命?
我真的不知道是哪裡出問題?有沒有人可以給我解答?
版上的文都要被我爬爛了 依然無解
調整運動強度、改變運動型態(有時去游泳、或HIIT)、改變飲食 都沒有用
是我吸收太好?吃進去的全長成肉?(但是我每天早上一定會排便 經期也正常)
救救我 T_T
