電腦人加點不一樣的變化 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好,小弟從去年11月開始因為沒看過自己的腹肌,
所以認真的有氧運動+控制飲食以及重訓,
不過一開始執行時常會不小心操報自己的腳,
或是做完運動時吹到風因而感冒,就無法實行有氧及重訓的課表。
不過每天都有進行電腦人的8mins ABS,到12月多時一天是作兩組,
1月開始時則進步到自己做了一些改變,影片即為小弟自己改變的教學,
現在則是在兩組8mins ABS間會再做JOE的核心摧毀者10mins,
所以晚上訓練的時間加休息約為30分左右,
希望可以藉由分享,指正並提供小弟一些意見,
因為在訓練期間也爬了很多巨巨的文章受到蠻多照顧,以上!!
