關於心跳較慢 - 健身

各位巨巨晚上好
最近因爲工作因素做了比較全面的體檢
其中有一項心電圖 我的心跳評語為較慢
醫生建議是要規率運動
我的生活作息表是ㄧ週去六天健身房
腿,背,胸,四肢,硬舉,瑜珈
本身177/65/10,5%
中醫朋友說心跳慢是好事 可能是我有在健身的關係
我自已量大概是5X/min (平靜時)
本身沒在跑步有氧
很想請教各位重訓行之有年的大大是否也有發現類似現象
