剛剛在健身房,看到有私人教練在教深蹲,對於他教的姿勢感到疑惑,想請問巨巨們。
他教學員的姿勢是屁股非常往後坐,上半身很前傾,背部是打直沒內凹,但肩膀的位置已
經超過膝蓋非常多,整個背部和大腿呈現比ㄥ的夾角還小的角度(原諒我只能如此口述,
拍別人不道德啊)。另外,教練還把手放在學員腳尖上方的膝蓋前,擋住他膝蓋別超過腳
尖。
請問這樣的姿勢對嗎?我知道膝蓋是可以超過腳尖,但上半身的角度如此前傾的角度下,
有何影響?又如何做槓鈴深蹲?另外,腰部如果太過內凹會有什麼影響?每一下深蹲起來
後一定要把身體整個打直嗎?我常常會沒注意在還沒完全打直的情況下就開始繼續往下蹲
了。
