電腦人的腹肌運動與臀部訓練 - 健身

原po最近開始運動,主要項目是:
x-bike+電腦人女生四分鐘版+臀部運動LV1-15分鐘版
但是我有疑慮是電腦人這版只有四分鐘
一天只做一次這樣夠嗎?還有能夠每天都做嗎?還是隔一天做一次呢?
目前做這版做完腹部會酸、脖子稍微不適偶爾頭會暈>__<
想替換的方案是:
1)改做電腦人男生版從LV1開始訓練
2)繼續做女生版,但是改成一天2次
適應後再開始挑戰男生版LV1
因為很希望能夠效果快點出來,不知道哪個方案較ok
另外,今天有嘗試電腦人的臀部運動15分鐘LV1

我想問第一個動作是"挺起來的時候吐氣,屁股著地的時候吸氣"嗎?
我的目標是長期持續的運動,除了上述這些我也很想挑戰cardio
如果cardio跟電腦人交替著做會比較ok嗎?
還是先持續做其中一樣就好了呢
