需要上健身房嗎(附inbody) - 健身

平常有在做徒手訓練,差不多持續了一年,主要是做
引體向上,伏地挺身,雙槓dips,無負重深蹲,單腿深蹲
飲食方面沒有特別控管就是強迫自己多吃
然後每天盡量吃到1.5倍體重的蛋白質,沒有喝乳清蛋白
本來是很瘦的身材過去一年大概增加了7到8公斤
inbody現在是長這樣

最近3.4個月雖然體態還是有持續變好一點點,但進步明顯趨緩了
尤其是引體向上跟伏地挺身的最高次數持續卡關
引體向上最高紀錄半年前就可以拉十下了現在還是最多十下
如果還想再求進步是否只能去健身房上大重量呢?
如果理想體態是希望像李小龍那種身材,有可能只靠徒手訓練跟飲食控制達成嗎
請各位巨巨們指教感恩
