各位大大好
一般重訓時我大概分配比例是
手:5 胸:3 腿:2
因為最近轉換健身房
看到有練腹肌的機械式就跑去玩了一下
但不知道是做太重還是平常沒鍛鍊它超弱
隔天肚子整個感覺有點抽痛抽痛的
(不知道怎形容 又有點像是吃很飽肚子不舒服那種感覺)
想問一下如果目標只是要減點體重
腹肌有需要特別鍛鍊嗎?
