身高:160
體重:74 O_Q
BMI:29
體脂率:32.7%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:自己泡燕麥+豐力富奶粉、蘋果或水梨一顆
午餐:自助餐或小7的燒肉便當
晚餐:學校餐廳的鱈魚飯(湯一碗、鱈魚排去皮、海帶、豆干、燙青菜),飯吃一半。
其他:宵夜餓的時候會吃水果
日常作息時間:由於剛開學,作息還沒從暑假調整回來,目前大概一點睡約十、
十一點才起得來,希望以後能漸漸調整成十一點睡、六七點起床。
生活型態:大學生
運動習慣:目前辦了游泳証,每天游500m左右。由於太久沒運動,差不多游到這個
程度就會很累很喘。計畫先游個一禮拜之後再慢慢增加,並加上早起慢跑。
我的問題:由於目前體力很差,不知這樣的運動量會不會不夠,或是有什麼可建議改進?
而且我游泳是捷泳25m+蛙式25m交替游,因為捷泳很容易就很喘無法持續QQ
另外不知菜單有無什麼可以改進之處?
(碎碎念)其實我是從小胖到大,但上大學之後飲食毫無控制又鮮少運動所以到現在
身體變得很差(之前量的體年齡居然39快崩潰了~),才下定決心從開學起
減肥,希望能和板上的大家一起加油!
