我之前先在beautybody問過,不過我的狀況似乎是更需要以減脂為目標,
所以想來這邊請教版友的建議,麻煩了…
我是否已經詳讀全部置底文:是,也有爬過精華區了。
但畢竟跟自身的情況不大相同,所以想提問請大家看看,
如果真的有爬文不周全的部份,我先說對不起,再請版友提醒我一聲。
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:27
身高:147
體重:53
BMI:24.53
體脂率:前陣子量高達38%...
參考照片:看起來不到很胖,但是很肉,而且體脂過高到很嚇人
三餐內容(以下是我之前減重的方式,當時24歲)
體重從52Kg到44Kg(花了8個月)
(體脂27%到30%)
早餐:白吐司2片加草莓醬
午餐:便當、麵或是簡餐,飯吃大概半碗、其他都吃菜
晚餐:依據早上、中午吃的東西判斷還需要補充多少份蛋白質
其他:偶爾嘴饞會吃冰或是蚵嗲,但會依一天需要的熱量去算
日常作息時間:8:30~24:00
生活型態:學生
減肥方式:每周一次,每次慢跑20分鐘,心跳約130
每周一次,街舞1個小時,心跳約110
每週一次,有氧舞蹈1個小時,心跳約130-140
每週一次,重訓40分鐘(部位集中在大腿、手臂、腰部)心跳沒有量…
問題陳述:之前這種減重方式的確是讓我瘦了,但是體脂卻降不下來,
現在已經脫離學生,是個活動時間8:00-24:00的上班族,
一直是外食,只是工作地點的食物偏油也偏鹹,自己也沒有很簡制,
以致於一路又胖回53(花了1年多胖了近10公斤)
前陣子健檢發現體脂高的嚇人,而且好多衣服又穿不下了…
覺得不能再欺騙自己,決心好好的來減肥!但之前的經驗讓我很疑惑,
所以想來問問版友的經驗。我想問的問題用條列的方式寫好了~
1. 為什麼我的減肥方式體脂不減反增?
2. 我身高147,是屬於輕度工作者,計算下來我的基代只有1200,
當時的營養師說要減重要減少一些基代,要我控制熱量約800-1000之間,
但是也有要求一天至少要吃7份主食、5份肉類(蛋白質)、蔬果2份,
但這樣算一算幾乎要1000了,所以我都要求自己至少要2-3份主食、
5份肉類一定要到、菜盡量吃,大概控制在800-900間(有時候會到1000)
我這樣的飲食是不是有問題?
3. 如果我現在想減重的話,飲食應如何規劃比較妥當?
4. 現在每週1、3、5都有跳肚皮舞,我想再增加慢跑或是騎x-bike,
若跑步,是一大早跑步好呢?還是晚上下了班再跑?
一週至少要跑幾天才夠呢?時間30分鐘-40分鐘?
若騎車,強度大約要多少比較足夠?時間30分鐘-40分鐘?
一週要騎幾天?
這兩個可以交替嗎?
要問的問題似乎很多,但又突然想不到了…
這次的目標想要減到40左右(依身體比例這樣應該不算太瘦吧?)
體脂當然是希望可以減到正常範圍內,時間不限,
我已經做好了長期抗戰的準備了,
麻煩各位網友幫我批改了,感激不盡。〒△〒
