剛看了營養師談3位韓星使用的瘦身菜單

1、朴春-生菜減肥法 & 西瓜減肥法
生菜減肥法是五個小飯糰、生菜(100克)、紅菜頭(100克)、少許沙拉醬
西瓜減肥法是西瓜代替澱粉和喝西瓜汁協助排尿
長期低熱量且單一食物
雖然西瓜都是水易有飽足感 但會容易缺少其他維生素
較建議多吃原型食物去做替代 食物類別也比較多元
2、潤娥-湯匙瘦身法
用湯匙控制吃的份量,一餐只能吃8~10口(可以是不同的菜
主要是以份量來控制飲食
營養師則是較建議用221餐盤 會比較均衡

3、Ailee- 1000卡地獄減重食譜、多元食物減肥法

若活動量大,基本上 1000 大卡根本無法吃飽
反而會造成溜溜球效應
多元食物法較好 食物比較均衡
