肌肉重: 69.8 kg
體脂肪重: 6.3 kg
體脂肪率: 7.9 % (正常值15%)
脂肪分布: 0.78 (腰臀比)

照片是已經一段時間沒練 昨天才拍的 這段時間沒碰重量也沒吃高蛋白
感覺跟一個月前相比肌肉有消
之後練應該就會開始排課表 + 每天吃到體重x2的蛋白質
作為另一個階段的突破~~
