飛輪-我感覺到天堂了.... - 健身

上禮拜剛接觸到飛輪,今天是第三次上飛輪課
之前陸陸續續有在運動培養體力(雖然沒瘦)
運動變成習慣,不運動反而全身不對勁XD
仗著自己之前有一點運動基礎,今天上課全程跟老師一起動
整堂課進入巔峰(強力跳躍)時,一股莫名的氣讓我撐過全場(HIGH起來了)
然後到強力跳躍結束,收阻力輕鬆踩踏板時,那股氣又莫名消失
剩下不太喘但心跳很快的自己,那一剎那我覺得我看到天堂了.....
不太會形容那種感覺,就是心跳很快,可以清晰聽到自己的心音
腦袋瞬間放空,有種恍惚的飄逸感,然後大概有兩三分鐘身體是使不上力的
腳無意識的輕踩踏板
等到五分鐘後才真正恢復力氣XDDDDD
課後才發現全身大爆汗
(老師:大家掰掰,下周再來上課吧,再來洗澡)
很有精神的再去上下一堂Body Balance的課
