請問一下,我男,
飛輪可以一周上4~5堂嗎?
現在已經加入健身房約2個月了,
身體也漸漸習慣不同老師帶的飛輪強度了,
屁股跟大腿有變結實,
不會像剛開始這麼疲倦,
我現在因為體脂肪還太高,
Inbody量測出來是30%,
我現在運動是
一周3天重訓,
一周約2~3堂有氧,
我現在想把有氧加強到一周排個五堂,
這樣對瘦身減脂是否比較有幫助?!

話說飛輪一堂課約可消耗500~600卡路里?!
這是真的嗎?
