飯後騎腳踏車的問題 - 健身

不知道這個問題是不是可以po在這裡
我想過騎腳踏車運動(騎腳踏車算有氧吧?)
可是我不知道要飯前還飯後
因為我是學生,所以運動時間都在晚上
但我不喜歡曬太陽,所以都是晚上運動
我想問的是:1.飯後半小時騎腳踏車ok嗎?
2.騎腳踏車要一定的速度才可以算有氧嗎?
3.騎完腳踏車,如果肚子餓了,那怎麼辦?
不理它,直接睡覺?還是吃個蘇打餅乾或是低脂牛奶?
騎腳踏車可以瘦哪裡?大腿內側可以嗎?
