請問板上的各位
有在減肥時候有試過飯水分離法嗎?
有聽人家講過很有幫助
所以我有在網路上找一些資訊
評論都是不錯的
飯水分離就是
固體食物先吃
過兩小時後
才能喝液態類
能讓身體變的更健康
還能達到減肥效果
我有想過如果我運動後再一小時內吃東西包括喝會不會也阻礙到?
因為週遭的朋友家人都沒試過
想請問有沒有試過的鄉民可以讓我了解一下
是不是真的跟那些部落客寫的一樣@@
