我有個已經放棄的朋友跟你是一模一樣的問題

一般男性的FFMI數值大約落在19-26區間,而超過26以上的人就可能有科技加入
連男性標準19都不到就是肌肉量不足了
是個標準的泡芙人或是:肥宅
肌肉量什麼的都沒變其實我覺得最大的問題是
做太輕、做太輕、做太輕,否則以新手來說亂吃都會增加肌肉量了
而且你又不是瘦子體質,亂吃都會熱量赤字造成肌肉很難增加
這也是我觀察健身房許多人的問題

不做到力竭,臉不紅氣不喘,連汗都沒擠出一點
最後看不到成果然後覺得自己沒天份,然後放棄
「我想增肌,變壯一點,但我不想做太重」
怎麼了?怕練太壯?
而且你還是有教練的情況,建議換個教練先
