我飲食控制接近三個禮拜,然後這兩天想偷懶一下吃了滷味、章魚燒,馬上拉肚子
我平常吃的大約如下
早餐:全麥饅頭夾蛋+無糖豆漿+(香蕉)
午餐晚餐:自助餐,4~5蔬菜、蛋、雞腿或雞肉或魚(避開煎炸的),半碗或一碗飯,會
瀝乾菜汁但不至於過水
飲料全戒,只喝水
然後發現吃了加工食品身體就會排斥,有人也這樣嗎
