大家好 在暑假時看著日益肥大的肚子 也因為剛好要去陰間服役
就想說來個當兵減肥好了 新訓時期 每天只想喝有糖飲料 狂吃
加上軍中飲食實在是非常的重鹹+油 一個月下來完全沒有變化
後來下部隊有比較多時間也比較悠閒
飲食部分 不喝有糖飲料 多喝水(一天5000CC) 不吃炸物
三餐盡量夾不油的
運動 每天如果運動時間許可可以去跑 跑個5KM
作息 軍中作息規律 也讓身體有了良好的修養 也戒掉消夜的惡習

因為我之前高中的減肥是非常不好的節食 體重順利的 98~~66KG
可是減去的都是肌肉 那時候66KG 腰圍是31
現在74KG 腰圍是30
也懂得版上大大們說的 面對鏡子才是最好的
良好的飲食+運動 才是好的習慣
接下去來目標是該好好把肌肉練大
想告訴其他人 連在軍中 這麼油膩的三餐下 都可以順利減肥成功
如果你在外面工作能選擇飲食的 哪會有減不下去的地方呢XDDD
當兵智商扣太多了 永遠忠誠!
