早餐:一顆蛋,一片土司,一支香蕉
午餐:正常便當(一碗飯、三份菜、一小份肉)
晚餐:御飯糰兩顆...約五百卡
其他:中間肚子餓會吃橘子or蘋果or芭樂
日常作息時間:早上六點起來運動,晚上十一點多睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動型態
早上六點起來快走,一個小時約走六公里,走一個小時
七點去游泳,游一個小時蛙式
晚上八點多去游40分鐘
踩腳踏車一個小時,心跳約125到130
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我從3月到現在,從101.5kg減到91kg
接下來我該如何挑整我的吃飯的量或是調整減肥的速度
