餓到發抖的飲食調整 - 減肥

因為要參加個重要場合要塞進連身洋裝
所以決定要減重5公斤 以前體型( 167cm/55kg)
已經實行一個禮拜多 減了快2.5公斤
我以前是個食量跟正常男生一樣大的人 完全不忌口 但運動量頗大
目前早餐 一顆酪梨+一杯牛奶+一顆水煮蛋+ 一顆拳頭大地瓜
or 一顆拳頭大地瓜+350cc蔬果汁+一顆水煮蛋
午餐 市面上便當(盡量只吃半碗飯 三樣菜 一種肉)+一種水果+一顆水煮蛋
晚餐 一個盒裝豆腐(或是一塊烤雞肉)+四根山葵+四根玉米鬚+一根黃瓜+兩種水果
or 半根絲瓜+半包金針菇+20顆蛤蜊+半顆拳頭麵包
偶爾肚子餓 還會再補吃餅乾零食 堅果
運動量 每天 游泳一個小時(自由式)+30min腳踏車 or 30min腳踏車+重訓一個小時
假日不運動
最近發現有時候會餓到發抖 經常想到食物
可是 我真的覺得自己跟減肥的人比已經吃很多了
請問大家 我減肥食譜應該在如何改進呢?
