之前大概已經維持一陣子 肌肉感覺沒有痠痛和膨脹感了
上周館長直播分享一個肌力週期轉換的練法
這周試了一下
真的有感.......
直接用最大肌力去練 (1~6下)+一組休息2~3分鐘
這方法練完比平常一次推12~15下一組+一組休息1分鐘
整體做完還要累 而且隔天某些部分會感覺到無力......
感覺是個不錯的練法.....至少算個突破?
有人也嘗試過這樣練嗎?
