16/8我認為完全沒啥問題
我也認同一般人不用去搞生酮跟斷碳
低碳就好了
但是葛格後面會推薦到52斷食
或是一天一餐
但是有健身的一定會擔心掉肌肉
因為一個成年男子要一餐吃到基代
甚至TDEE真是極為困難
尤其原型食物容易飽、低碳熱量也不好拉高、有些人也是不喜歡吃一堆油
但是我覺得他自己有分減脂跟增肌
他自己增肌也不會斷食啊
所以自己要懂得變通
自己找出最適合的方式才有意義
