合購了台粉紅色的x-bike
買了快兩星期
踩6-7次
1次30-50分鐘不等
聽說那心跳不準~所以我都踩到會喘為基準
目前大概是用阻力3 時速在20-23左右
每次踩完都大飆汗= =
可是從昨天膝蓋上方的那塊肉~開始痛
是不是哪裡不太對?
平均2天踩1次的頻率應該還好吧?
需要把阻力調小?還是姿勢的問題?
還是算正常的呢?
