大腿後側變凸了
長肌肉了嗎?
會不會是騎太久
越騎越慢
(阻力5~6)
有氧運動變成重量訓練了?
而且因為我右腿比較短一點
可能用力不均
所以只有左腿後側有變凸
好怪喔……
