會瘦
我從100kg到83kg就是純單車沒有別的運動
從河濱騎到習慣後開始騎山路,
一個星期如果能維持三次兩小時以上的訓練,
心跳大概140-160(35歲)
就算有應酬要喝酒都還會瘦一些下來...
但是冬天偷懶的時候就會胖一些回來...
