剛剛出去騎腳踏車運動
時速都維持在至少20~22
結果我發現雖然這速度沒有很快(但也沒有慢慢騎)
但是要維持騎上一段時間還真的不容易耶..
結果我大概騎了兩小時中間都沒停過..
本來還想騎久一點的
不過因為太熱就先回家了..
看來還是晚上騎能騎久一點
