最近開始騎飛輪,坐著騎沒用站姿。
阻力調低純粹騎身體健康不求減重。
一次30分鐘,事後會感到腰痛。
坐姿主要分為兩種:
1 前傾雙手扶著龍頭(龍頭有調高一點感覺比較輕鬆)
2 坐直,雙手自然下垂或放大腿上。
兩個坐姿輪流,請問是哪個造成腰負擔較大造成酸痛呢?
