我個人還滿喜歡跑步的說
不過前一陣子聽到朋友說~
跑步容易讓骨盆/髖關節的位子跑掉
(還是變得比較下面之類的意思啦)
所以屁股會變大?
甚至也有聽過瑜珈老師這麼說.....
所以趕快上來請問~
這究竟是不是真的啊?
