各位版友好,最近小弟在改善三十多年來的不良姿勢,不過遇到了些問題...
我在網路上查了些資料,改善姿勢主要需要強化臀肌和腹肌的部分
照著Jeff的影片提供的動作做了一陣子,發現臀肌和腹肌確實真的很無力
不過看了些網路上的說明,還是有些問題想請教
以下照片是我腹部不出力的站姿

以下是縮小腹臀部繃緊的站姿

要維持第二種站姿,我必須使勁緊繃臀部,只要一放鬆就會縮回第一種的狀態
走路的時候僅能做到腹部稍微出力,但是臀部還是會往後挺一些
此外背的上半部會覺得蠻緊繃的
這個問題也對我的坐姿有影響,請見下圖

我嘗試坐直,但是會有一種沒有辦法坐直的感覺,覺得臀部一直會把我拉回不好的姿勢
跟站姿一樣,會覺得背的上半部容易酸痛

我瞭解三十多年的問題不可能一兩個月就矯正好
不過我有點懷疑我現在以為的正確姿勢是不是其實根本也是錯的
不曉得能否麻煩各位幫忙看看指出我的問題,謝謝各位
