請問大家,以前有陣子我不得不喝流質渡日
那時候瘦了不少,可是我看我的腿並沒有看起來很瘦的感覺
又聽說局部瘦身是沒有用的,瘦哪裡是看基因
然後我的腳盆較寬、膝蓋骨頭較大又是扁身
是不是沒有辦法有人人眼中的細腿了呢
有一段時間因為工作忙也變得很瘦,因為吃得少,
工作又常要跑來跑去,可是腳還是差不多沒變很多。
我生病喝流質是瘦到158/47kg左右,那時候早上起床我的肚子是凹的
可是看起來腳還是不瘦orz
不知道有沒有跟我一樣骨盆寬、膝蓋大、又不高的人可以分享一下呢?
請多指教,感激感激!

最近沒有量,以前量大概24左右
喔我也有靠運動和少吃來瘦過,每天運動,因為要上台表演
那時候有明顯瘦下來肚子也平, 可是腳還是頗粗

我改天量一下我的寬度,我是真的很寬,不過目前沒有尺可以量不好意思,
