體力奇差要怎麼鍛鍊3000公尺 - 健身

已爬文 有看到很多珍貴的意見 但還是想針對個人問一下
我是男生 微胖但BMI標準(肉集中在小肚肚)
高中到大學的1600公尺都是最後一名QQ
天生不愛有氧運動 平常完全沒運動習慣 運動細胞奇差 吊單槓0下
但預計一年後要當兵 怕跑3000會被電得很慘
想趁現在勤加鍛鍊
合格成績是3000公尺20min以內
但目前我測自己3000大概可以跑到30min吧= =
大概到1000後就開始用走的了
想請問要怎麼鍛鍊才可以慢慢達到合格?
每次用一吐一吸的方式 但跑到最後都一團亂了
