體態與體脂 - 減肥

最近新入手一台歐姆龍體脂計
原本以為應該量出來25%以下的數據
結果一量27%
大概一年多前曾去康式美量過25%
那時是160/52
這一年運動量增加
平常衝浪+簡單重訓(plank)
前陣子還去跑了鐵人三項約三個半小時完賽
自己覺得對目前體態算滿意(160/50)
也沒有特別在減肥
但量出來27%感覺應該是重啟減肥模式
以回到健康的狀態(印象中要25%以下較好)

想問一下大家我是否真的是自我感覺太良好?
這樣的體態看起來真的是體脂27嗎?
