體育老師的訓練和憲特教官的訓練(伏地挺身) - 健身

和一個剛退伍的朋友討論到伏地挺身
我說我在學校重訓的老師有提到伏地挺身,下去兩秒,上來兩秒
老師說這樣訓練很有效(一個做過相關研究的體育老師)
那我朋友說那樣才不是最有效的
他說那個憲特第一期的教官說,兩分鐘做六十下最有效
然後說啥那教官已經53歲,很多剛下部隊的肌肉男拉槓都比不過他,
最後說我沒當過兵不懂,說軍中講的是效率,老師講的是訓練,
和一個小我兩歲的人講到這個都有點火花了Orz
究竟哪種方法比較好呢?
