慘慘慘,停89~91已經超過一個月了,
不想減目前一天1800~1900kcal的熱量,
(我174cm/90kg)
可是運動又加不上去,
(目前是早上跑步晚上重訓,做六休一)
目前 9km/hr的速度心跳約140~144,
可以穩定跑完10km
想要把速度拉到10km/hr卻怎麼都拉不起來,
大概到6km左右心跳就會催到150以上,
跑到8km就是極限了,需要降速到8km/hr才跑的完剩下的,
平均也沒比較快
重訓也是卡關,之前勉強上到單手40kg,
結果受傷還一直做,昨天去推拿師父說我關節都移位了,
叫我不准運動,乖乖等傷好
這樣很奇怪啊,明明運動強度都夠卻一直不變是什麼情況啊,
我身體很明顯沒習慣這些動作,跑完都快累死了,
重訓也都是做到快發瘋,
結果卡了超過一個月體脂不變, 體重下不去...
我會不會一輩子都是死胖子了啊 = =
