體脂vs體型 - 健身

最近看到這篇文:http://ppt.cc/-nCx
嗯,其實我也跟他裡面說的那些人一樣
覺得體脂一定要到20%左右,馬甲線什麼的才會跑出來
再看到這張圖:http://ppt.cc/vENN
我的體脂26%,但看起來就像20%左右,甚至還看的出來些微腹肌
是我的體脂計不準?(兩點式…每天早上屎尿後量的)
還是這兩者之間根本就沒有絕對關係?
又或是脂肪分佈的不同…
想要身型看起來結實、有線條
是否不該再這麼在意體脂這東西…
那又該如何達成呢?重訓比例多於有氧?
打的有點亂…但我想大家應該知道我想表達什麼吧 >"<
