體脂、運動、健康的相關性 - 健身

我176 86 33歲
運動其實一陣子了
目前月運動量也算高
跑步約100KM
單車約400KM
但是我的體脂卻很高,大約30%(早上起床後量的)
公司每年也都有做健康檢查,檢查出現紅字的除了體脂率、體重外
其他幾乎都都跟胖(油脂)沒啥關係
之前有做過一個看血管的年紀,落點也是屬於2X歲的
想請問的是,我主要都是從事有氧運動,跑步每次起碼都是50分以上
(夏季,速率10 KM/HR,冬季速率會快點),單車巡航速率約29~30之間約2小時
應該都有達到燃脂功效,可是我還是很高
我該去理會體脂率嗎?畢竟這幾年健康檢查完全沒有這方面的疑慮
