體脂一週上升4%?還是我的體脂計壞掉了? - 健身

減肥一段時間了,體脂從一開始的36%左右,降到32~33%,每天固定都是早上起床空腹量,
12/8 量到最低的31.9%,12/12居然就變成36.6%,然後12/12後量的都是36-37%沒有下降過,
真是是無比沮喪,感覺又回到原點,這中間的變化是我報名了健身房,才去跑了4k,雖說有
氧掉肌肉也不會這麼快吧?
還是天氣變冷,體脂計會秀逗? 內心崩潰中。
