體脂和身材對照 - 健身

第一次發文,如果有不ok的地方麻煩見諒><
小妹身高162,體重46.5~47.5之間
上個月量了學校全身的inbody,體脂22,其實對這個數據頗滿意,只是想要再增加肌肉量
,於是之後一個禮拜有4天都會花半小時到一小時去重訓室練重訓(學校重訓室),每次練
完都會補充乳清
一個月後量體重,雖然體重似乎還是維持原本,沒有上升,感覺似乎肌肉還沒長出來吧ˊ
ˋ但是線條有略出來
結果最近再次量了inbody,發現體脂飆到24.2,心中只有問號@@
所以是我肌肉流失,脂肪上升的意思嗎?
下面附圖,想問大家有沒有可能是體脂計誤差呢?還是其實這樣的身材其實就是有著24.2
