減肥從167/65/33%體脂肪左右 -> 167/57/19% (今年五月) 左右的姐姐
(花了一年三個月左右,最好的時候有 167/55/17%)
有看到這篇文章,稍微給了一點意見:
澱粉類,最大量的時候就在早上吃
吃培根、火腿、全蛋、吐司、稀飯乾飯等都好
吃好一點無所謂,但記得補大量蔬果
中午飯量減半、避油炸類、通常一般人中午後都還要工作
這樣可以避免頭腦不清楚。
她晚上的確不吃澱粉類,就只吃自製蔬菜湯跟肉類還有水果
但是、but,她會在一天的運動前後再補進一些澱粉、碳水化合物
這樣可以保證運動的效率
(其實我們都很想問...吃少少,運動不會喘嗎...?!)
至於一星期還是會有一兩天放縱天
隔天要記得有氧多一些還有多些蔬菜湯了
可參考或是板友可以批評指教囉
